Awesome Protein Shake
its really good for you and packed with protein, that’s what I tell myself…
So I have this awesome shake I have on my cheat days and I love it. I was once addicted to Ice Break double shot Ice Coffee. After being on my new diet for so long these now taste way to sweet to have on a regular basis. I have developed this fantastic shake witch is mostly healthy with a little indulgence.
Ingredients:
- Large Ripe Banana
- 3 teaspoons Sustagen
- 2 Teaspoons Moccona Caramel infused Coffee
- 1 Egg
- Connoiseur Cafe Grande Ice Cream
- Shape NO-fat milk
I usually have at least 4 of these every Saturday, my cheat day, only because I run out of banana’s. Make sure the banana is nice a rip and little soft. Unripened banana’s tend to taste a little pasty.
If your not into coffee, swap for some flavor of some other kind or stick to vanilla, the sustagen on its own is great. The egg adds some richness and lots of protein. Just imagine you can hear the rocky music playing while drinking it. YUM
What’s great about these shake recipes is that you can add whatever fruit happens to be in season! If you’re a mango fanatic, or love kiwis, blend them up in your protein shake.
